Ray Knight Casting opened for business in 1988, and quickly became the leading Casting Agency in its field, mainly because of a reputation for quality of service and reliability. 

We represent only carefully selected Artistes with a professional approach to the work, and preferably with some form of theatrical, performing or media background.

We are a highly focused team of individuals with a vast amount of industry experience between us, committed to providing the best possible service to our clients, no matter how big or small the job. We are highly responsive, communicative and thorough in every detail across all aspects of casting, logistics and administration.

Over the years we have gained a solid reputation as a “safe pair of hands”. Productions know they can give us their requirements and they will be met, no matter how complex.

Whether it is one person or a crowd of hundreds, the quality of service and the Artistes provided will be the very best available.

It is not only our production clients who benefit from the ethos at Ray Knight Casting. We have a tremendous sense of duty of care to the people we represent, never forgetting that essentially, we are working for them.

There is a culture within the team of safeguarding and promoting the best interests of our Artistes at all times. We listen with a genuine sense of enquiry and consider them colleagues – a part of the team.

It is for this reason that we have regularly been voted “Best Supporting Artiste Agency” by members of the Film Artistes Association (FAA) in recent years.
